A plumbing emergency is any problem that is actively damaging your home or has cut off your water: a burst pipe, a leak you cannot stop, a sewer backup, or a water heater leaking onto the floor.
More about Emergency Plumber →Drain cleaning clears the buildup inside the pipe, not just a hole through the middle of it.
More about Drain Cleaning →Most water heater faults come down to a short list: a failed heating element or thermostat on electric models, an ignition or gas control problem on gas models, a worn anode and sediment load, or a leaking fitting.
More about Water Heater Repair →Sewer line repair fixes the failed section of the pipe that carries waste from your house to the town sewer or your septic system.
More about Sewer Line Repair & Replacement →Leak detection finds the exact source of hidden water loss using meter tests, pressure checks, acoustic listening and moisture reading, before walls or floors are opened.
More about Leak Detection & Repair →Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water through a specialised nozzle to scour the inside wall of a drain or sewer line.
More about Hydro Jetting →A tankless water heater heats water only when a tap opens, so there is no stored tank to keep hot.
More about Tankless Water Heater Service →Pipe repair fixes the failed section of a water or drain line: a burst length, a corroded joint, a pinhole, or a cracked fitting.

Why Homeowners Call Us
A slow drain, a puddle and a high water bill can all share one hidden cause. We test and trace before we quote, so the repair targets the fault and not just the symptom you can see.
You hear what we found in plain words, then you get the price for each option. Nothing is opened up, cut out or replaced until you have said yes to a number.
Drop cloths on floors, shoe covers at the door, and valves isolated before anything is drained down. When we leave, the work area is wiped down and the old parts are taken with us.
A flapper that costs little can end a running toilet. If a cleaning, an adjustment or a small part sorts it, that is what we will recommend, even when a bigger job was expected.
Warning Signs
Plumbing rarely fails without a whisper first. If any of these sound familiar, it is worth a look before the whisper becomes a flood.

Simple and Straightforward
Call and describe the symptom. We find a time that works and confirm it, so you are not waiting around all day.
Your plumber tests and traces the fault, then explains what is actually wrong in plain words, with the evidence in front of you.
You get your options with real numbers before any work starts. Repair, stabilise or replace: you decide, no pressure.
We repair, test under real use, and clean up. Old parts go with us, and you get the honest picture of what to watch next.
Local Roots
Thompson's Station is a Williamson County town of about 30 miles south of Nashville, grown from a railroad stop and a Civil War battle site in 1863 into one of the county's fastest-growing communities. Sarah Benson Park hosts the town's gatherings, Preservation Park protects 200 acres of the battlefield with trails, and Heritage Park and the Nutro Dog Park on Columbia Pike fill the rest of the map.
That growth shapes the plumbing. Brand-new subdivisions along Buckner Road sit minutes from farmhouses that predate the interstate, and both drink the same limestone water from HB&TS Utility District. New homes settle and scale. Old homes corrode and root. We work on both, every week, across Tollgate Village, Bridgemore Village, Emberly and every other neighbourhood we serve. Town details live on the Town of Thompson's Station website.

Our Commitments
A confirmed arrival window, kept. If a job ahead of yours changes the day, you hear from us before you start wondering.
What is wrong, what it costs, in plain language, before any work begins. No work without your go-ahead.
Repair it now, stabilise it, or replace it, with the honest maths for each, including the option of doing nothing yet.
A flapper can end a running toilet. We would rather fit the small part and be believed next time.
Drop cloths, shoe covers, contained water, and a final walkthrough before we go.
Questions Homeowners Ask
During regular hours (Mon to Fri 7AM to 7PM, Sat 8AM to 4PM) we do our best to offer same-day visits when you call early in the day. True emergencies (burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups) get priority around the clock, because our emergency line is answered 24/7.
Yes. We find the fault, explain it in plain language, and give you the price for the repair before that work begins. Nothing is cut out, replaced or opened up without your go-ahead on a number.
Yes. Part of Thompson's Station connects to the town wastewater system and other homes use septic or STEP systems. We handle the house plumbing on both, test in order, and tell you honestly if a problem belongs to the septic side.
Williamson County sits on limestone, and the water picks up calcium and magnesium travelling through it. It is safe to drink, but it scales water heaters and fixtures. Our hard water article explains what helps, and a yearly heater flush is the habit that matters most.

A burst pipe, a leak you cannot stop, sewage backing up, a water heater leaking from its tank, or no water at all. Shut off the nearest valve or the main, then call (615) 235-9273 at any hour.
