The call
You describe the symptom. We ask the questions a plumber needs (where, since when, is the water off, any damage spreading) and agree a visit window. Emergencies are triaged on the spot, including talking you through a shutoff.
Our Process
Seven steps, the same on every job: triage on the phone, evidence before opinions, a clear price, tested work, and a walkthrough at the end.
Mon–Fri 7AM–7PM · Sat 8AM–4PM · 24/7 Emergency · Upfront price before work begins

Our Process
You describe the symptom. We ask the questions a plumber needs (where, since when, is the water off, any damage spreading) and agree a visit window. Emergencies are triaged on the spot, including talking you through a shutoff.
We arrive in the window, walk the problem with you first, and protect the work area: drop cloths, shoe covers, buckets where water is involved. Access needs (crawl hatch, attic, garage) are agreed before tools come out.
Tests before opinions: meter and pressure tests for leaks, dye tests for toilets, camera runs for drains and sewers, meter readings on heater elements. You see what we see, on the screen or the gauge.
What failed, why it likely failed, and the options: repair, stabilise, or replace, each with its price. You choose. Nothing in the agreed scope changes price without a fresh conversation first.
Isolated, drained down safely, repaired or fitted with the correct parts, and supported and protected so the fix lasts. Where a wall, floor or slab must be opened, the opening is the smallest the evidence allows.
Pressure back up slowly, joints watched, fixtures run hard, drains filled and released, heaters taken through a full cycle. A repair that has not been tested under load is a hope, not a repair.
Old parts and debris go with us. We show you the finished work, any shutoffs you should know, and the honest watch-list for the coming months. The paperwork matches the price you approved.
That rhythm is the same whether the job is a flapper in Tollgate Village or a sewer line in Brixworth. Scale changes. Standards do not.
Brands We Service
We service and repair products from the brands above and many others. A name you do not see here is rarely a problem. Call (615) 235-9273 and tell us what is fitted in your home.
Questions Homeowners Ask
A single repair is often one to three hours once diagnosed. Bigger work (a sewer section, a repipe stage, a remodel rough-in) is scheduled in its own right with its own window. Either way, the expected duration is part of the price conversation, before we start.
Only at a spot the evidence has chosen, and only with your approval of that scope. Most diagnosis is non-invasive: meters, gauges, cameras, dye and sound. Opening is the last step of diagnosis, not the first.
We stop, show you, and price it separately. You can add it, defer it with our honest view of the risk, or decline it entirely. It will never simply appear on the invoice as a surprise.
It is a step in the process above, with a walkthrough at the end, which means you inspect it before we leave. Drop cloths and contained water are standard, and old parts leave with us unless you ask to keep them.
Ready When You Are
