Terms of Service
The terms that govern our visits and the use of this website, in the same plain language we use on the job.

Quotes and approval
Prices are given after diagnosis, for a named scope of work, and work begins only with your approval of that price. If hidden conditions change the job (for example damage found when a fixture is lifted), the changed part is explained and re-priced before it is carried out.
Visits and access
Booking a visit means agreeing a time window and providing reasonable access to the work area, including shutoff valves and the water heater. Please secure pets during visits. If we cannot access the work, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
Emergency calls
Our emergency line is answered 24/7. Emergency visits are triaged by phone, and where a temporary stabilising repair is the right first step, it is priced and explained separately from the permanent repair that may follow.

The guidance on this website (articles, checklists and problem guides) is general information for Thompson's Station homeowners, not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis of your specific system. Prices are not published on this site because an accurate price requires a diagnosis; any figure discussed with you directly applies to the scope it was quoted for.

Pages that mention rebates, tax credits or manufacturer guidance link to the official sources and are provided for orientation. Those programmes are governed by their own terms, and eligibility is decided by the programme, not by us.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee law. Our responsibility for work we carry out is as set out in the documentation provided with your job.
